Hello everyone! My name is Lorenzo Marinčić, I’m 29 years old, and I’ve been involved in fitness and bodybuilding for over 15 years.

I’ve been working with clients since 2018, and since 2020, I’m internationally certified as a Level 3 EQF Fitness Instructor.

My personal bodybuilding journey officially began at the Croatian national championship in 2017, and since then, I have won numerous medals at various international competitions.

If you decide to work with me, I’ll gladly share my knowledge and skills in training and nutrition with you, which can be used, but not necessarily, with the aim of competition or gaining muscle mass.

As an advocate for simple exercise principles and accessible nutrition, I believe we’ll easily understand each other and achieve the desired goal in a very short period of time.

Absolutely! Although I often train advanced trainees and competitors, the fastest results are achieved with beginners. From stepping into the gym to meal prep, I’ll be there to introduce you to your new environment and habits. We’ve all been beginners once; I understand that very well!

If you’re located in the area of Rijeka, Croatia, I’m here for both options. If you opt for online coaching, there’s no need to worry. I’ll guide you through the experience, provide access to the app, exercise videos, additional descriptions for understanding and proper equipment use, meal plans, and an app where we can address any uncertainties.

Yes! If you feel your motor skills are weaker, I’m here to help you! In addition to adapting every exercise to your abilities, I’ll also create a plan to gradually improve your motor skills through various techniques. Many people in the gym started from your stage and progressed over time.

We’ll discard the concept of motivation and learn how to be consistent. With a few initial workouts and the first noticeable results, motivation for further progress will come naturally. Constantly monitoring results and making weekly adjustments is an excellent way to become consistent. I won’t push you to do your due diligence because that’s not my style (with mature and responsible individuals), but you’ll feel a sense of duty and obligation to fulfill your weekly task.

The nutrition plan I design always revolves around the capabilities and limitations of each individual client. There are no complicated dishes or unfamiliar foods. All ingredients used are seasonal and readily available to everyone, and the meals can be prepared very easily and quickly.

Unfortunately, such a thing doesn’t exist because each plan is tailored individually. For anyone who’s unsure, I suggest we start a one-month collaboration, which is enough time for getting to know each other and gaining insight into the working process.

My principle is to adhere to the plan as much as possible. The percentage of plan adherence corresponds to the percentage of goal achievement. It’s never a problem to indulge in a birthday cake or attend a barbecue, but after that, the next meal should align with the plan.
